The race combines swimming in the Gdansk Bay and a picturesque bike course leading through the hilly Kashubia region with running on the sea boulevards and main streets of Gdynia. The epic journey is completed at the one-of-its-kind finish area located at the main city beach, with thousands of enthusiastic fans filling up the tribunes.
Gdynia itself is reffered to as 'the city made of dreams and the sea'. Located at the Gdansk Bay, the city is known for its love for sports as well as its dynamically developing cargo port. It is always a popular holiday destination which comes as no surprise as Gdynia is 'the sunniest Polish city', according to a scientific research.
