50 slots for the World Championship to take in Gdynia

50 slots for the 2018 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship will be offered for the athletes racing in the 2017 Herbalife IRONMAN 70.3 Gdynia, Poland. Registration starts on December 1st, 2016.

- That's good news for our athletes, of course. The chances to qualify for the World Championship will grow significantly - says Piotr Jakóbik, Marketing Director at Sport Evolution, the race organizer. - As usually, IRONMAN 70.3 Gdynia will be a qualifier to the World Championship to be held in the following year, 2018 in this case. And we have just learnt that 2018 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship is going to be held in Nelson Mandela Bay, South Africa. It's a spectacular location and certainly those 50 slots are worth fighting for - he adds.

Registration for the next year's race in Gdynia has been announced to start on December 1st. Entry fees and other details will be published soon on www.ironmangdynia.pl. In 2016, nearly 4.000 athletes from over 30 countries registered for the Herbalife IRONMAN 70.3 Gdynia and its side events.
